This page is intended to allow us to remotely connect to your computer for diagnosing problems and resolving issues.

In order to obtain computer support, Please follow these steps:

  • Download the remote support agent by clicking here or on the VNC icon on the right.
  • Navigate to the downloaded file and double click it to launch the support agent.
  • After the program launches, Double click on “John Morrow” to establish a connection.

Please contact us before downloading and launching the remote support agent in order to confirm that someone is available to receive your request.
