Dana, Donny, and Heaven August 27th, 2006

We would like to thank Dana and Donny for inviting us to their beautiful daughter Heaven’s first birthday party. As always, there was plenty of food, fellowship, and fun. We have a fairly large family, and Dana and Donny’s house was packed from floor to ceiling. Hopefully the house was not too disheveled after the family’s departure.

Of course Dana’s family was also present; and even though Sharon and I had not met many of them, they were all very polite and pleasant to be around. We look forward to many more gatherings with Dana’s kin folks and are excited that they are now part of our family.

David Thomas August 2006

David and Kim Thomas drove in from Dallas this weekend to visit the family and celebrate David’s 36^th birthday. We had dinner at Tokyo restaurant in Shreveport on Saturday night, and we later convened at our house for presents, cake, and ice cream.

We always enjoy visiting with David and Kim and look forward to their next visit. We hope David had a wonderful birthday, and we wish him a happy and fun year.
